Residence nearing completion on the island of Holland. Beautiful, spacious houses with all comforts. Too bad we spent just one day, pure relaxation with a sea view!

Nice location, by the sea! You park in front of the door. We had a house, it was very neat. All just new. So new that there were still some things in plastic, things not unpacked and screws on the windowsill. Seemed a little rushed open. But other than that it was very good! Nice place to stay when you are on Oland.
Good pizzas, but a bit skimpy with toppings and quite small, for the price you pay.
A dream! Insanely beautiful, this piece of earth. Small houses with their own terrace (furnished), actually all with a view of the Baltic Sea, everything super new, some still under construction. But the trip was worth it and we'll be back. I felt really good. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, complete kitchen, even some spices/oil, fridge with freezer underneath. 2 separate bedrooms, no wifi at the moment, TV was there, but didn't work yet. I still didn't miss anything. The houses aren't badly soundproofed either and the beds are really great. Breakfast can be booked, you can also eat there in the evening in the restaurant, but we didn't use either, so I can't comment on that. Total peace there (at the moment there is still construction work from 8:30 am). You have to clean the apartment yourself, bring bed linen/towels with you or rent them on site for a fee. A real insider tip-the island of Öland and this accommodation. 🥰

Quick lunch, bbq burger. Here, they seem to have a firm grasp of the restaurant, good service and good food.
Overall nice and spacious rooms, however, very responsive. Nice courtyard with plenty of space and tables. Good restaurant, but must be booked - very popular. Nice garden that leads down to a small "private" beach and nice walking paths along the sea. Clean and nice in common space.
Good overall quality of rooms and decently good food. Very simple bathroom though.
The food was fantastically good. And the fact that they had local beer was good. Chef Johan Marin is incredibly nice and talented. Colleague with him in another place.
The best pizza I've ever had in Sweden is made in Öland at Stora Frögården! Beautiful location few steps by the water.
The hostel was okay with nice staff, however very tired in the shower area. Good restaurant with good pizzas, but we were told (and it was in the room info) that breakfast was served at 8.00, but they didn't open until 8.30...
Food, drinks and staff are good. Premises OK so far as a WC is not sufficient for a restaurant of this size. However, there is a lack of logistics in the restaurant. Too poor control over who should do what or possibly the staff is understaffed. The shortcomings are not major, but can be troublesome for the restaurant guests.

Wonderful pizza from a real wood-burning oven! there will be more trips here, only the best in the region.
The hostel is only a short distance from the sea. And from the hostel you have the opportunity to walk along the sea in different directions. There are wonderful paths and trails with many places to sit along the way. In the evening we ate a real Italian pizza made with Italian wheat flour. It was a new experience with a pizza bread that was airy and very tasty. The chef who comes from Italy knows everything about his pizzas. The rooms were clean and fresh. Likewise the kitchen in the house where we lived. And slept well in our bed, we did. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Quiet and peaceful like this in February. Good beds. Beautiful location.
