Downstairs is on two spacious rooms and kitchen from an open plan. Downstairs also has wonderful balcony with sea view, sun all day/evening. On the upper floor/loft there is plenty of sleeping space but also places to sit and read/socialize and look out over the Kalmar Sound from Stora Frögården’s highest point. An apartment you always want to return to.
Dogs (not other pets) are welcome in this house, but keep in mind that dogs are not allowed to stay on sofas or beds.
